The State Security Prosecution has ordered the detention of six activists for 15 days, pending investigation in Case No. 1644 of the year 2024, due to their participation in activities supporting the Palestinian cause. The detainees, who were arrested over the past two days in the city of Alexandria, are: Omar Sami, Abdullah Ahmed, Shehab El-Din Ashraf, Youssef Yasser, Mohamed Ahmed, and Shadi Mohamed, according to statements from lawyers and local newspapers.
